De Nora India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, have transacted business: 1) Accepted the resignation of Statutory Auditors M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells w.e.f. August 01, 2008. 2) Recommended appointed of M/s. B S R and Associates, chartered Accountants as Statutory auditors for the year ending December 31, 2008 to the shareholders in the forthcoming General Meeting to fill up the casual vacancy by the resignation of M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells. 3) Approved the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting on September 10, 2008 at the Regd. office of the Company to appoint M/s.
