Idea with congestion zone of 80-85

Idea is hanging around its major support level. Entire telecom pack has been subdued in last couple of sessions. Volumes are coming at this level.......It has to be seen how it sustains this support. As I had said, stock is in a downtrend, and it has tested the support now, very important is to stay above this. ...

Idea is currently in a down trend with 80 rupees acting as strong support and will find resistance on the upside around 85 and 93 levels. Cross over will lead to higher levels. But at present, one should try to avoid this stock totally, if already holding then one should wait for this stock crossing 86 to move towards higher levels. Till then will remain in a tight rangebound zone.

75 is the strongest support level which should not break. If that is broken, then finding bottom would be difficult.
Before 75, 80 is another intermittent reasonable support level.
My another observation is that, IDEA September Future is trading in premium continuously and currently it has 24642900 shares it OI. This gives me reason to believe that good upmove is in store shortly.

For long term, it is a pretty good stock. Depends on how long you can hold your position. If you can hold for next 3 years, you should not worry.
For short term, the stoploss should be 80. On upside, if it crosses 84.50 (20 EMA) and 88.50 (EMA), it has potential to reach 100 in very short term, may be within September or early October. 98 is the 200 EMA for idea at the moment. If that is crossed, it would enter a super bull zone.
Keep the stoploss in mind and play accordingly if you are a short term player.

hold boldly, dont exit, you may not be able to enter later, the price of idea can break out any time now due to strong positives and fundamentals. there is no downrisk in the stock,accummulate and wait for patiently. u know it is a tortoise for long time now, and it has not moved in tandem with the index movement of 21000 - It will and accummulate, best stock to invest for long term and short term now. = avro=

Idea may now at any time can have a sudden spurt of 40 to 55% to touch 120 levels or above even though currently telecom sector is under pressure. One can however boldly buy and keep the stock. Do not sell and it is a warning, as the stock has not moved yet. Rs.82 looks ridiculous for this mid cap (soon the large cap). I do know your favorites Nadhi sir. I am tracking them for sometime now and am impressed with their performance (read resistance) in this volatile market. Just thought you might have added one or two to the list over last 3 months that I might not be aware of. :)

I too believe that this situation would continue for another 2 months until the quarter results are out again...once the results are seen, we shall get the real direction...and hope that would be positive direction....
