Just run and buy first winner below 110 rs. AT 110 rs it is way below its fundamental value. Also the operators have not yet dumped their stocks as yet in the market, so they will have to run this script again sooner or later. It is just that first winner got transfered to 5% circuit filter and again they showed some fraud activities going on in this script on tv, that is the reason the operators have put this script on the sidelines right now. This matter will be forgotten in some time and first winner will become a winner again....

First Winner Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board Meeting of the Company was held on August 07, 2008. The Board has approved all the agenda items unanimously as follows: (1) The Board has discussed the progress of the upcoming projects and projects in hand as per the IPO schedule. (2) The Board has approved the installation of new upgraded sizing machines and yarn dyeing plant of the capacity of around 3 tons/ day. (3) The Board has given its approval to the company for entering into entertainment related businesses i.e. Event Management, Organizing Fashion Shows, PR & Media related activities by forming of an entertainment division, subject to required approvals. (4) The company has decided to install a captive power plant, with a capacity of up to 10 MW. (5) The appointment of Ms. Neha Tripathi as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, has been made in place of Mr. R C Sharma, with effect from July 12, 2008....

First Winner Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Board has approved plans of foray into the Entertainment business by forming of an entertainment division in the name of "First Winner Entertainment". The new division will provide all entertainment related services i.e. Event Management, organizing fashion shows, PR and Media related activities. The company is signing contract for exclusive advertising rights with Indias leading news channel, which is at the verge of finalization. In addition to the above, the company will start Thermal Power plant in MIDC, Tarapur to serve the power requirement of existing and proposed manufacturing units. Capacity of the plant would be 10 MW and will start in phase manner by March, 2009 and estimated cost of the plant would be Rs. 50 Crores. By this the company may be save 50% of its power cost which may enables to increase profitability of the company"....
