Hey radhika......My monthly average maximum expenses will not be more than 10000.......So,I don't need income of 1 lac per month.....It's only 1 lac per annum.......Moreover to receive dividend of 1 lac per month I need a minimum portfolio of 1 crore and above which I don't have though my father's portfolio is more than Rs.10 crores which I don't want to depend.........Thanks&Regards...

Dear Raj,

I have few positions on both sides.. As my position includes few sold options, am waiting for some time-decay to book profits in some of them.. I went long in futures on Friday but i also have 4300PE..

My profit depends on how i could exit by getting atleast some of the movements right. Lets see how the next couple of weeks goes..

MARKET WILL TAKE CUE FROM POLITICAL DEVELOPMENTS

Bse Sensex(14483.83) and Nifty(4352.30) closed approximately 0.6% and 0.2% down each last week . Inflation was at 12.34 v/s 12.40 and Crude fell to 106 $But market failed to recover due to weak global cues.. Market will take cue from Crude oil prices and developments on nuclear deal..Support for Sensex is 14150 and for Nifty 4240 Resistance level of for Sensex 14950 and 4490 for Nifty. Selective buying will be visible at every decline.
Nifty put-call ratio is 0.79 .Nifty 4500 call saw addition in open interest.BPCL and Jet Airways saw addition in open interest..
Strategy for Future & Option players

Maximum Profit=1110-1060=50*225=11250.00-4927.50=6322.50 RS.

Break even point=1081.90 Rs

Eshers,

Me too want to trade dow... for traders Indian stockmarkets is a bad option coz technicals are not followed perfectly here... see ystday i said dow whatever lows it will rally coz TRIN was overbought and from a fall of 130 points it rallied up 32 points.. so in all a rally of 160 points.. the TRIN said it all and dow played it.. of course it does have its moods but that is rare like daybefore when dow dint show such weakness technically it fell, but these moods are few and far between.. i seriously have to switch to us markets if i am going to be a trader... this market does not follow TA even 60% of the times....

RN,

Am seriously considering of using SGX especially considering it starts early and over-shoots most of the day.. There is a bit of the problem with Margin requirements with SGX and also options are not available i guess.. But am seriously looking to see how i could trade in SGX and also in DOW :-)..

I use MOST for trading..

Hybrid security :

A security which contains multiple components, most frequently debt and equity. One common example of a hybrid security is a convertible bond, which is a hybrid security because it has features common to a bond, but also is dependent upon the performance of the stock for which it can be exchanged.
