dear mohanji,
its good that you are in cash and should be smiling with courage. markets are nearing its bottom. you can start building your portfolio gradually. select good stocks with good fundamentals and accumulate. My personal view is that you can deploy 50% of your cash at present levels.

Better to adjust with others.Life is a series of adjustments even if you dont like it. This is what i have learnt.

Dear Friends,

In recent past we have seen diper correction in Chines market. I have studied Investment strategy of FIIS in emerging markets during last 18 Months.

CORRECTION In INDIAN MARKET MAY END FOLLOWING LEVELS OF INDICES :

Sensex : may fall to 10587
Nifty : may fall to 3177.

This is the levels we can think buying with long view. Time will tell us. We shall also look into our Economic growth data also in parity with Global cues.

Dear Rashmi,

I do not think this is the time to buy straddles... I think best to buy Dec calls... Dec 4000 call trading around 140.. I think that is a good buy... If the markets fall further tomorrow, buy a suitable Dec call (that costs between 120-140). The upside i would look at is at least 100 %....

Nifty 3300 looks likely. If somehow It breaches 3000 and touches 2600-2700, I am 80% confident the rebounce will be equally fierce with non stop flight to 5000 by current FY end.
Theory of probability seems to dictate index can not behave abnormally for a period of more than 6 months and Nifty 4200-4250 is inevitable in 6-8 months.

Apes have done better using dartboards than 79% analysts in the past :-) ANd they NEVER needed to commit suicide :-) Better become an APE, or an expert! So you deal only with "throwing darts" and, if an expert, "charging for it" :-) Better than throwing ones money behind the dart :-)...

Nifty 3300 looks likely. If somehow It breaches 3000 and touches 2600-2700, I am 80% confident the rebounce will be equally fierce with non stop flight to 5000 by current FY end.
Theory of probability seems to dictate index can not behave abnormally for a period of more than 6 months and Nifty 4200-4250 is inevitable in 6-8 months.
