Gss America Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange that "The dividend of 25% (Rs.2.5/- per share of face value of Rs.10/- each) for the financial year 2007-2008 as recommended by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 28, 2008, if approved by the members at the forth coming AGM scheduled on September 30, 2008, will be paid on or before October 30, 2008 as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956"....
