Entegra Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company had considered and passed the following Resolutions by Circulation : (1) Appointed a committee of directors as Allotment Committee consisting of Mr. V.K. Jain, Mr. Ashish Jalan, Mr. Hiten Khatau and Mr. Soli Cooper, Directors of the Company to review and deal with the allotment of shares in respect of Right Issue. (2) Considered the approval received from ROC, Mumbai granting 3 months extention of time to hold Annual General Meeting and the Board decided to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company on or before December 31, 2008....

In NSE its for NRI only. You can buy in BSE from ICICI direct, I have done so....

Yes I wonder why is that....... it trades on nse.... but icici is not allowing to buy there...... anyways There were some bear pressure in stock...... seems to b fading away......... still not bullish but... I like it n keenly watching it...... cheers

May b it will only b BSE listed stock in future..........at lest the new plant will run on renewable energy n that what I like about it.......Thanks for information... I m a trader n like to trade if stock has future........ I had made couple winning ones from 28 to 35 or so n now I reentered at 26 what it looked like a turning point but since the stock has gone in coma....... I figure now it will go 22 than may test 19......... but now it looks like it don\\`t want to go below 24..... and starting to show some bull signs......anyways when its moving it do seems to get a good gap....... I don\\`t mind it go either way..........stil holding 26 lot for now.....

Suggest you visit their Website. Downloaded a PDF file from they. The issue of poor results is due to the following reasons:
- They are only doing trading of Oils and some other commodities. They do not have manufacturing facility commissioned as of now
- Understand the 400MW Hydel power plant would get commissioned next June onwards.

If you are willing to buy the share until then, can keep.

Though personnaly feel this is a great stock on a 5 year horizon. Very undervalued (Though the EPS of 2 may not suggest so).

I understand from company sources- 10,000Tons by end of FY09, 20,000Tons FY10.

Though yes they are still to be commisioned. Company has bought sizable land in MP and are pushing to close this by FY09.
