Its hard to admit you have flaws. Its timeout for some social self-examination....
I`d rather be myself than anyone else??
Is the above saying true for you??You are unique. In God`s scheme, there is no one else like you anywhere in the world. No one else has exactly your abilities. No one else has exactly your talent,or your potential.Think of the hundred things you might be and the things you already are.
Step out of your body and take a good look at yourself....Would you marry this person???
Anyone?
That was a message
True to your carriage
Your poem has driven
Pint-sized jack to be striven
To compose this paean
In honor of Lady Elan.
My first steps in rhyme
Are they worth a dime?

(vetti=useless) :)
Ooops...me??
Mod,Are you sure ???
Man! U musta run outa options
To come knocking on my door !!!
Come on in
Apna ghar hi samjho
Watch it !Dont trip on my words
And excuse the mis-matched decor..
Aaaaa CNBC
Friends of my youth
The Salt in my Stew
I cut my trading teeth with U !
Lets steal an hour
From days gone by
When the Bull Sprinted the Marathon
When the Sensex and Nifty soared
And so did you and I
And MMB
Where friendship takes precedence over war
Where we consistently try to raise the bar
Loud talk
Simple Tidings
Discussion of philosophy
Investigating multiple ids !!
And you MOd??
What under heaven happened to you??
MMB changes hues ,clothes
But never you!!
Your hair !!The little that you have is beautifully dyed!
And where are your legs??
And why is your torso so wide???
I have lived and learnt a lifetime at the mkts
Sometimes in sorrow
Sometimes in joy divine
My thoughts lofty,weak ,trivial
Matching the Nifty`s design
But I am told
A strong mind begins
With a fit body and a happy soul
So thats a new beginning for me
My all new GOAL
So thank You Mod
Bee good ,look after yourself
and Keep smiling,
What more can I say??
In some twisted way
It was imp to tick this in my diary
Been there
Done that
Boarder of the day !!
It took me 15 min to understand lyrics...

Woh Yaaron ki mehfil....
Woh muskuraate pal,
Dil se judaah hain
[Par dil ke bahut kareeb hain]....
Apna beeta hua kal.
Kabhi Zindagi guzarti thhi
Hasne-Hasaane mein.....
Aaj waqt guzarta hain...
Kaagaz-Ke-Tukde kamaane mein .
Cheers

NIFTY: The MACD fast line is still below the slow line which is bearish and hence a SELL per my excel, but dont take that SELL literally, you see the MACD histo has ticked up and a MACD histo up tick is actually bullish BUT the ADX continues to tick down and thats bearish. While the bull power and bear power of ELDER RAY favor bulls, the TRIN is so oversold at 1.6, which means ystday's shortcovering rally was used to sell. Net net mixed cues so expect some dull volatility in a tight range...While shortcovering was going on ystday the selling was not apparent. I would maintain a bearish view on account of tick down in ADX and the bearish TRIN with tepid global cues. But not after noon. When FTSE opens i will go long coz dow is very bullish as mentioned in ystday's analysis. We however are closed tomorrow so a bullish dow TODAY will not mean much to us and besides and i cannot predict dow for wednesday coz i dont have today's cues yet. If Dow closes flat tomorrow and we carry ove our position to thursday it could be risky. So i would go long at lows and if there is a chance book profits i would book profits today. What do you all suggest? Anyone can share their views? Or its a soliloquy each morning here. LOL
Nothing to write about dow or crude USO which i track as their markets were closed ystday and my analysis given ystday is what i would keep in mind... let me check FNO cues.

MMB Moderator, nice of you to have thought of us, the alumni of MMB!!!! Thanks to you, Radhika, too for having been the driving force behind this invite.
Bhavani did call me a while ago requesting me to take a look at your appeal and respond appropriately.
It is neither the format nor the cosmetics of the MMB pages nor even the need for navigational gymnastics that made MMB an undesirable place for many of us to visit. Arguments, misunderstandings and accusations in the heat of the moment do happen once in a while in any field of human activity: at home, at work or inter-personal relationships between any two persons. These are things that the few learn to live with for the good of the many.
However, one does not have to go to places where there is no reasonable protection against sustained and repeated stalking and gender-based or age-based verbal abuse. It simply vitiates the atmosphere. We have even had an octogenarian boarder ridden rough shod by a group on the Board with the moderator expressing inability to do anything about it.
Sure we cannot select our parents, neither our children nor siblings, but we surely can be selective in the company we barge into for joy and solace ot else it will merely prove the adage that honorary work is doomed to honorable failure.
It is thus not the cosmetology that matters, but real evidence that the moderator is not merely an impotent spectator as undesirables rule the roost.
I have not come to reopen raw wounds that refuse to heal but merely to say what hinders several from continuing their association with MMB.
with regards,==POORNA==

MMB has come a long way since we first started off all thanks to our dedicated boarder community. The board has flourished and grown only because of our boarders and thier informative exchanges. But along the way we have lost many boarders to heated arguements, misunderstandings and false accusations...
Boarders if you are reading please come back.. the board is not as exciting as before without you guys ...Venugopalg, Sam99, Mutilite, Harminder, rawstoc, sean, premrao, equitysurgeon, sainik, chest50arms20 and all the other old timers - we miss you on the MMB, the boarders miss you, the MMB team misses you.
Here appealing to all of you to be back in action as soon as possible.
-MMB Moderator
p.s: this doesn't only apply to these boaders - but to all boarders we value.

As a child, we have to face many a times the uneasy teasing of our fellow mates. It is in the nature of children, immaturity the obvious reason, to annoy an isolated poor fellow. Myself being a victim of those tantrums, once asked God why could not He make everyone around me a friend of mine for ever ! Why couldn't He tell my arrogant fellows in their dreams to make me their permanent companion! Within a week to my total disbelief, the two of most improbable candidates met me in person and told how God came to their dream and asked them to make me as their friend forever.
Though I have lost that pure proximity with God with passing age, but still reminds me of His silent PRESENCE around us.

Hi MOD,
Thanks for replying.
As regular boarders we have benefited a lot by MMB and we want to pay back our debt. This board has really some very intelligent & resourceful men and women boarders. If you pool their ideas and implement you would build a very strong and popular MMB.As an Indian I see tons and tons of indifference, lethargy, arrogance in all walks of life.I want at least MMB to be an exception in being transparent and interactive. When that is not happening I show my irritation.Nothing personal.
Please make use of at least few boarders to design the site. The spec for any product is made by the end users/customers and NOT the producer.Even if you incorporate one idea per month,we can make MMB formidable for many years.
Please break the shell, come and mingle with us freely.A leader should be seen and liked by the team
Regards,
When in doubt Tell the truth.

Micky,
I dont think there are too many people around who have never spoken a lie.Even the sincere triers are failures at some point in time.
Micky in our good old school days we learnt great lessons in Moral Science. It is very easy to lie to and deceive others but one can ever cheat oneself. Many convince themselves they are doing the right thing even when actions are negative.
Gone are the days of Integrity,Character,Honesty and Charity.A very large tenure of my earthly Life I lived at near idealistic levels.I could never countenance Crooks, hated giving Bribes and at times openly told my Bosses and Co that the strategy they were following was all b_ll-. By the time I was 29 I realised I had to go my own way even though in that age category I was near about the best paid in the Country.Life didnt get much better in Business either. If you dont do unaccounted Sales and got no "Do Numbri" to bribe you will be foisted with Demand notices,Cases and seizure orders from all Govt Depts. All your time will be wasted in these unproductive activities and stress levels will go High.
While the personal Satisfaction may be great I am not sure many would have had the strength to put up with the trauma and humiliation of being upright.Even behind your back close family members would be calling you a FOOL for having sacrificed so much for so little. No medals and gifts from anyone(family included) for being an upholder of Principles and Values.
Knowing the practical World we live in I am really not sure whether I can recommend the path I followed to anybody else.
Preaching is Easy,Practise is Painful !!
Regards!
Goldchest.
