it takes atleast 2 years to develop anything... and it takes money... this company is just out of bifr haven\\`t looked at their balance sheets but I don\\`t think they have the cash to develop anything... no ones going to buy their land especially right now so till the real estate market bottoms out nothings going to happen on the land front .... dalmias aren\\`t going to sell out cheaply so takeover isn\\`t really going to happen... the brands they own might be of some value if they decide to sell those to ITC ... in any case fundamentally nothings going to happen ... whenever the markets start moving back up and the speculators and operators come back then you can expect this stock to move up... in my opinion everyone holding this stock will be better of selling this stock ( if not all atleast large part) move to some large cap / quality mid cap when the market bounces back abd you see volumes returning then move back into this....

GTC Industries is locked at 10% upper circuit. At 2:05 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 139.05, up Rs 12.60, or 9.96%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 139.05 and an intraday low of Rs 126.50. There were pending buy orders of 58,957 shares, with no sellers available.
