Dear All, When i was telling that it is fraud company and price will come down at douible digit everyone was shouting at me. People never wanted to face reality and dreaming that they will be millionaire from Khoday. I started sell call from 350
Now again I giving you targer price of 9 i.e. single digit.
Reasons
1. Company is total fraud they have closed website,not announcing shareholder pattern and results not put on BSE.
Moreover they are diverting profit to group cos.
Even promoter sold stake they may not disclose
2.NO real estate - all land encroachment game is over and all land has been in control of govt
3. No Profit- How can their profit was only excise which they were not paying till last govt. Now they have to pay
4. Even they cheated Artherstone .So shareholder should not dream that they will reward shareholders
5.Cash crunch :- They are approaching bank for short term frun and ICD
SO in 2009 we definitely see price of 9

I am always for youth n never challenge their knowledge but definitely i have concerns abot their attitude not behaviour

Unfotunately all story in Khoday is over. Current Market Cap and Sales doesn't agree with the news you posted.
You check last two quarter results which are poor and below expectation. Promoters and FII reduced stake and moreover change of govt cracked heavily illegal (without paying excise) manufacturing by Khoday.So margin and sales are down. Real Estate story proved to be fake.
Dont Know why nodick is giving repreated Buy Calls. She has given good call in BF Utility and others. But she will wrong here...

I didnt offer my comments but for the language used by mr harshad mehta n then some boarders reacting to it without going in to the messages I told harshad that he may be right but how can he say i came now n where was i when the stock was tumbling?i fail to understand his intentions
Moreover all the good work done by us goes down the drain when ppl like white n white spill shit in their messages

While seeing heated discussions here, have checked for Khoday website. It is still there. Reagrading the other issues raised, dont know much about it.

I appreciate Harshad. As he was giving sale on Khoday since 350 with proper reason and justification. Other people on board were delting his mail and insulting him but he was firm and saved many people who followed him.
