Biggest Disappointment Ever Seen

This is Biggest Disappointment I have ever seen with Aftek. Wrost Announcement. From the financial sheet dont see anything wrong. But with this move to hell It Seems something is terribly wrong behind the scene which is not know to us but known to Market & Traders. This is not a good sign. I think it might take more than 1 year to go above 50- 55 Levels. No Technicals, No, Support Only Free Fall. Let see what next..

Yesterday, margin finance liquidation happened in the Aftek counter. There is no other specific news....

Current market cap of Aftek is just 50% of its cash balance in the banks.It is a great joke in the Indian corporate history.If anybody takeover Aftek with less than 200 crores will get bank deposit of 400 crores and the entire business of aftek free and the real estate valuing more than 150 crores....

I am also ready to give my proxy.
I think some internet savvy person should start a blog or where the people can post details of their holdings which they are ready to give proxy for to defeat this resolution. We cannot depend on Moneycontrol site for this activity. We should also contact all the share holders holding more then 1% shares to be a part of this movement.
With this very low promoter holding at present, the resolution can be easily defeated.

Hi some time back i have posted a msg that it will reach to 19 levels & it is about that level. The downside rally is about to end at 19-20 levels.It is now time to build long position. One can think of initiating a long position now.
By considering 3-6month time only. Not less than that.

Measly 25 per cent dividend. Promoters want to increase their shareholdings by issue of warrants. Share price likely to be kept suppressed for long period of time. Will investors have necessary patience or dump it. Dont expect investorfriendly actions from the management

Hey ppl I am game WTF is the management doin ???? right now the company has got around Rs.26 of cash per each share after paying of all the longterm debt and current assets........ which is the present market price.... it means u get all the other assets i.e current and fixed for freee... !!!!!!!!!!!! at prima facie they seem stupid !!!... but guys dont sell it... incase we cant do anything about it then... ......we need patience... promoters will strive to increase the share price after the resolution... and then we can exit this counter when its rises... ...

Its high time we all get together and create a forum
