Recently, while contemplating an entry into Tata Tea I chanced on the consolidated numbers of Tata Coffee and found the scrip offering excellent value for money. I have recently made a small purchase, but it is at half your cost. I hope you took the rights offer too, which must give you guys some sort of a consolation as it must have averaged down your purchase price considerably.

The stock is no longer a commodity play and as it is in the process of transforming itself into an FMCG stock, there will be some growing up pangs in the near term.

I intend to add more at declines. May be you must also consider adding more as such stocks play out only in the long term especially when anything over 15-20% returns at Zero risk is a good bet in these uncertain times.

Coffee Prices in the international market are at all time highs, but Tata Coffee is priced so low. Isn't there a value play here....
