Cranes Software International Limited had informed the Exchange earlier regarding the agreement to acquire Cubeware GmbH by the companys subsidiary. The company now further informs the Exchange that: "The due diligence exercise is complete and the company proposes to acquire Cubeware through its WOS Systat Software Gmbh for a Cash cum Share Deal aggregating to Euro 18 mio of which, Euro 12 mio would be paid in cash and Euro 6 mio worth shares of Cranes Software International Ltd., would be allotted to the shareholders of Cubeware GmbH."...

With reference to the earlier announcement dated on July 24, 2008, regarding the agreement to acquire Cubeware GmbH by the subsidiary, Cranes Software International Ltd has now informed BSE that due diligence exercise is complete and the Company proposes to acquire Cubeware through its WOS Systat Software GmbH for a Cash cum Share deal aggregating to Euro 18 mio. of which, Euro 12 mio would be paid in cash and Euro 6 mio worth shares of the Company would be allotted to the shareholders of Cubeware GmbH....

Cranes Software International Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 29, 2008. The Board of Directors have recommended equity dividend as follows: i) A regular dividend of 20% and ii) A special dividend of 40%, thereby aggregating to 60% for the year ended March 31, 2008 subject to approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
