On the spike yesterday, I bought 136 @ 72.20 so my average is now 147/-. Tried to look for news that would trigger demand for the script on the net, but came up nil. Delivery volumes were low yesterday, so is this a OPERATORS ploy? Any one out there who has info on the script, pls. post your view. Don....

the fall, winter and beginning summer is the time when tourist flew to various places across india. Tourism Industry is improving day by day. Indian Govt is also tryin its best to grow this industry. Same case applies for infrastructure wherein its improving the same. i dont think recession will cause so much concern that tourist wont come!! ...

hi ........ not too sure myself .......... as per current market conditions .... any spike in price above 600 is welcome ...... it all depends on who holds the balance 8 lac odd shares .... if they are in strong hands ....( read .. strong institutions ) may be they can create an artificial scarce n make the price shoot up ....... if on the other hand ... if it is d minority shareholders' (read ... small individual retail shareholders' ....) ... then i guess there may not be much of an upside ....... but purely going by the co. performance over the years ..... this stock is surely worth atleast rs. 1000 ... if not more .... look at their balance sheet ... its very strong n they have very good reserves ... its a wait n watch situation for the time being .... the offer for the physical shareholders to tender their shares @ 600 opens shortly .... lets see how many more shares d co. can get from the physical category ....... i will take a call on it only after factoring into all the above ... & also provided the market sentiment also remians positive ..... i continue to hold on to my 100 shares as of now ....... :) ...

yes ........ exactly .......... seeing a flash on ndtv profit just now .... bosch chasis is saying that they will buy shares @ 600 per share before de-listing .......... not sure if it will be from open markets or not ........ now if they have already cornered 32 odd lac shares from the reverse book building .... & with only about 8 lac odd shares left in the market ...... if they try to start buying from market .... (this is still not confirmed .. just saw a flash on ndtv) im sure that these holders of 8 lac odd shares wouldn't part with them for rs.600 or less ..... u see ... had they had to do that ... they may have as well tendered it in the offer .......... so expect a spike in the stock price .... though not quiet huge ... as in this case they already have got over 90% & can as well de-list the co. .... but they will still try to get as near to 100% as possible .... why share any profits/dividends/bonuses, etc with even the holders of the remaining 8 lac odd shares .... this has been the logic of most of the mnc's when they want to de-list ... they state that it is for greater flexibility in management, regulatory issues, etc .... these are all just eye-wash .... they definetly think that their co. is poised to grow much bigger n stronger in terms of both business & profits ... n therefore do not want to share the spoils ... keep watching this space for more ........ :) these are my personal views.... others may differ .... i hold 100 shares ..... :)...

If company is in losses then why they are paying interim dividend. Here is the news: Hexaware Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company on August 08, 2008 passed a resolution by circulation for payment of interim dividend @ 25% to shareholders/members of the Company...

TFCI has crossed it's major resistance level of 19.60/-. So what will be the next target? 23/- or 25/- ???...
