Gammon Infrastructure Projects Limited has informed the Exchange that: "Pursuant to the approval of shareholders obtained at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 15th September 2008, the Compensation Committee of the Board of the Company at its meeting held today has granted 15,60,000 stock options to eligible employees of the Company which would entitle them to apply for 15,60,000 equity shares of the Company upon the expiry of respective vesting period which ranges from one to three years. The exercise period under the Scheme is up to 24 morths from the date of vesting. The exercise price of the option has been fixed at Rs. 63.95; which was the closing price of the Companys scrip at the National Stock Exchange on 30th September, 2008"....

Gammon Infrastructure Projects Limited has informed the Exchange that "The members of the Company have passed the special resolution contained at Item no. 10 of the notice dated 08.08.08, convening the 7th Annual General Meeting by postal ballot under section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956, (the "Act") with three-fourth majority. The resolution empowers the Board of Directors to make investments/loans/ provide guarantees/ security pursuant to section 372A of the Act".
