Today I have called and enquired at Tulsi Extrusions Office and got an information on dividend of Tulsi Shares which have bought before June-30th 2008 , those will be getting a Cheque of 10% amount to your corresponding address in October - 2008 Month. They have a meeting on this Sep-29th and after the meeting only they can send the amount.

Its reported net profit of Rs 1.39 crore in the quarter ended March 2008. Sales reported to Rs 21.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2008. For the full year, net profit declined 13.91% to Rs 3.90 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 4.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2007. Sales rose 22.48% to Rs 72.46 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 59.16 crore during the previous yeare nded March 2007.
Conclusion is that its bottom is near 27-30 and it has resistance at 37 and then 45. But don't expect it go at 75 level in 3 year of time. You can average it around 30 level and make it around the average of 45 and sell the invested quantity at 45. It is that bad at that level but company had played a foul at the time of IPO and that's why it crashed at that level. 45 is its correct price.
