the mgmt has lost its way a bit and seems that it will have to reconstruct the path it wants to grow.... mear expanding in china or europe dosent mean increase in eps and this co has learned the hard way..... when growth i not converted to increased eps its useless..........

pyramid saimira shares were plunged to new low due to it was selling the shares by the own management they are simply selling the shares and compensate for their losses and they are not bothered about investors money and they was in need of more money so this illegal selling will be continue by the management and sebi was also in favour of them and it was the time for the investors to take immeadiate effort and it was damp sure they will take the share to below rs 100 in weeks and investors if we invest in any stock apart from pyramid saimira it was sure that we will get min 30% returns but we invested in pyramid saimira and now we are in big losess the tragedy was this shares was no even recovering when market recovers and there was a law that we can make a case through court against pyramid saimira management and get compensation for our losses and iam ready to take legal actions against pyramid saimira but I need the full support from all investors and pyramid saimira management is making all investors as fools iam asking that without not able to maintain share prices and without protecting investors money what was the use of simply purchasing theatres and even this quarter pyramid saimira has posted a profit of 13 crores but still the shares was not react positively it was plunged to new low only so what is the use of profit of the company so nothing was going to be happen positively for this company they are simply selling the shares and taking investors money so have a started a new a community in orkut called investors pyramid saimira investors those who are in loses in pyramid saimira can joined in this group and we will discuss together and provide a good solution and investors remain that

This stock has nothing to do with the market up or high. Its a very good buy at this level. I have entered this stock at 160 level. It has a very good future for long term. So long term investor buy buy and buy.....happy investing...

have u seen the performances of the stock today market was 550 points up but stock was only .75 paise this was the status of that company nothing to do with it

its restructuring by putting key people,he just has to glow slow and consolidate,thats all, then sky is the limit ,its in a very high scalable business,with lots of challanges,this guy will do it because he is dentened to do so,he will make it really big in life,and will be the leader in the media sector,wait and watch.its a blind buy at these levels i see a max downsie od 15 rs from here ,but its possible to catch the bottom, this is perfect price ,buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy.

iam talking about investors those who enter at 350 and more dont give hope that investors who bought at low levels below 170 you can be be get profit sometimes but think about us, we have bought at 350 and we have to wait more than years to get min our purchased price. then totally our investment were blocked without any profit. but pyramid saimira will not give any compensation to us as dividend or bonus. but one thing is very clear that we are get betrayed and daily loosing our capital by purchasing pyramid saimira.
investors understand first without stibilizling or make a counter constant there was no use of expansion of comapany and buying theatres.
see profit was increasing to comapny without any improvement in the share price. it was sure only pyramid saimira mangement will be benefited not investors. pyramid saimira plan was to bring down the share below 100 and then pyramid saimira mangement will buy all the shares and then they will make their shares fly in the sky again they seduced to buy investors then again they will bring down.pyramid saimira management was very clever in cheating investors.
and without taking any strong actions against pyramid saimira taken by sebi court newspaper media or public investors or by government i bet there was nothing was going to be happen in this script.see even the management has not given any confidence up to till even the shares was plunged to 75 % without any major reason. they have not come to any media and give even any confidence to investors that pyramid saimira will again come to previous high. and again iam saying that this message for investor like me those bought in above rs 350.investors those who enter at 130 and if the comapny comes to 150 or 160 dont say this was the good company and good performance.only god has to help investors like us.

Please note that on wednessday when it lose 6% only 2Lac shares were traded . So I strongly believe that some operators deliberately foul playing this scrip to new yearly lows inorder to make them buy in larger quantities when their expected rate comes. So Investors please be vigilant do not be panic. If anybody knows the right way to complain this to the sebi please do it now. I Think some NSE or BSE terminal doing the same can be easily traced if it comes to the notice of SEBI. All these dipping sales comes during the end of trading day, so I strongly believe some foul play is on....
