Jmt Auto Limited has informed the Exchange that "A special Notice in terms of Section 190 of the Companies Act, 1956, has been received under Section 225(1) from a member proposing the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Coopers, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Statutory Auditors M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, of the Company for the Financial Year 2008-2009. The retiring auditors, being eligible, have offered themselves for the re-appointment. As the Company has already dispatched notice of the meeting alongwith Annual Report to all its stakeholders, the same is hereby notified"....
