Grabal Alok Impex Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 02, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following items:

1. To approve and adopt Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To consider recommendation of dividend for the Financial Year 2007-2008.
